Monday's Thoughts

Health- Today in health we learned about how to balance our meal. We got plastic plates for health and we had a blank piece of paper and we had to write vegetables and fruits,grain,milk and alternatives and meat. We had to draw things in the food guide. We learned that half our plate should be vegetables and fruit. One quarter should be grain and the other quarter should be meat and alternatives.
